Partner Strategy Offers Multi-tiered Agreement Levels
NEW YORK, 09/22/2003 -- XOsoft, a leading provider of Business Continuity software solutions, announced today a new partnership program, aimed at broadening market and service opportunities around its Data Rewinder (TM) and WANSync (TM) product offerings.
The XOsoft Global Partner Program maximizes business relationships through a tiered approach, primarily based on potential partners' focus on the enterprise data protection market, their resources and their level of commitment.
XOsoft's Teaming Partner agreement, designed for consulting firms or systems integrators with either a vertical market or disaster recovery domain-specific focus, will enable these organizations to establish a joint marketing relationship with XOsoft, with the option to provide implementation services.
Value Added Reseller relationships are aimed primarily at larger firms with a proven ability to deliver integration services with broad industry knowledge and distribution channels, as well as IT management, implementation, configuration planning and training services. Partners entering this relationship will maintain on-going training resources and will establish XOsoft solution centers, where consultants may develop and demonstrate XOsoft's Data Rewinder and WANSync solution sets as part of a broader business continuity solution.
OEM relationships (primarily with independent software or hardware vendors), XOsoft's premiere partnership level, will require that partners integrate Data Rewinder or WANSync into existing or developing value-added products. OEMs will provide first and second-level support to their customers, thereby significantly extending XOsoft's reach.
