Industry and Investment Strategist to Join Management Team of Leading Business Continuity Software Provider

In addition, Mr. Borgwing has held senior executive positions with Net Insight, a Swedish public
networking/telecommunications company, Corechange, an enterprise software vendor and numerous startup companies.
