Joan has over 22 years experience in facilities and employee management. Her diverse background, ranging from experience in the Army to work with an exhibit design company, provides Connors with the building blocks of corporate structure, cultural identity and facilities management. Her 14 year tenure with Connors has allowed her to observe the changing landscape of technology and specifically the impact on the workplace. This knowledge allows her to incorporate the changing dynamics of the industry into her practice. She runs the overall Operations at Connors, which includes accounting and administrative management, including contracts.
She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
