Bowne Internet Solutions Hires Executives from Blue-Chip Consultancies to Expand Management Skills

Depth of Experience Raises Bowne above Industry Crowd

Seattle, WA., - July 26, 1999 -- Bowne Internet Solutions has recruited Andrew Brunette and Paul Mangione from blue-chip organizations to increase the depth of services it provides to its clients. Both senior executives are industry veterans well-versed in managing and implementing major IT projects. Andrew Brunette, recently at Arthur Andersen, will be Bowne Internet's director of projects, western region, and Paul Mangione, formerly of KPMG, will become Bowne Internet's director of business development, western region.

Prior to Bowne, Andrew Brunette worked at Andersen Consulting, Arthur Andersen and RealNetworks. Brunette's 17 years' experience in implementing enterprise IT and e-commerce solutions includes work for manufacturing, high technology and telecommunications clients. Brunette holds degrees from Portland State University in Accounting and Economics.

Paul Mangione has more than 25 years' experience in the sale and delivery of telecommunications and Internet business solutions with firms such as McGraw-Hill, AT&T, KPMG and his own consulting firm. Mangione has broad international experience and has worked for the aerospace, telecommunications and IT industries as well as the defense and security agencies of the federal government. Mangione has a degree from the University of Illinois and advanced degrees from Chicago's DePaul University and the National Defense University in Washington DC. He has served with both the US Army and US Navy and retired from the Naval Reserve in 1994 with the rank of Commander.

The Bowne Internet Solutions office in Seattle, formerly Sitewerks, is the company's center of excellence for Microsoft technology.
