PASADENA, Calif., 04/20/2004 -- Evolution Robotics, a leading provider of breakthrough robotics technology components and solutions, has announced the appointment of Hans-Guenther Brosius, a long time corporate sales executive, to Vice President and General Manager for all European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business. This announcement comes as the company continues to expand and enhance its product offering, increase global sales channels, and infuse the robotics industry with groundbreaking solutions to accelerate the development of autonomous robotics applications.

Most recently, Mr. Brosius served as Senior Regional Director and General Manager for Symantec, the global leader in information security, where he developed corporate sales, marketing and professional service plans for the company's Central and Eastern Europe business channels. Prior to that, as Corporate Sales Manager, Mr. Brosius was responsible for all corporate sales throughout Germany and Austria. In addition, Mr. Brosius was General Manager and a founding member of several companies focused on software, information technology and consulting for business clients, as well as held consulting positions for many European firms including TrendMicro Deutschland, Steganos Deutschland and Onaras Switzerland.
